Simple and wonderfully convenient, there are so many features that guests love about Negritelles 1. But the one standout feature that keeps guests coming back is the location — arguably the best in Les Gets. Situated in the bullseye of the village, ski slopes surround this convenient chalet-apartment. With the central ice rink right outside your door, once your day's skiing is done, the location gets even better.
Within 350m you can reach the tourist office, the ski schools, childcare facilities, the cinema and the Carrefour supermarket as well as the resort's best restaurants, shops and bars. For a property this size, you won't find better value in this location.

Like Negritelles 2 next door, Negritelles 1 offers a social, open-plan living space. By day, the space is made all the more light and airy by the large patio doors which open out onto a private decking area. The communal areas are functional and offer simplicity in design, ensuring convenience for guests.

Perhaps the most convenient location Les Gets has to offer. Just 120m from the nearest lift and 400m from the main ski school. Ideal for those who want everything right on their doorstep: the ice rink (the central point of the whole village), shops, restaurants, the tourist office, childcare facilities, ski school, ski lifts. It's all right there.
Negritelles 1 is right in the middle of Les Gets. The nearest bar and restaurant are just a 1 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is only 350m from the front door.
Leave your ski gear at Delavay Sports hire shop and take the short walk to collect it each morning. Alternatively, you can just store all your gear in the spacious basement and head straight out for the day. It's up to you.
Drop your skis and boots back into Delavay Sports and stroll back to the chalet-apartment. Step outside and into the centre of Les Gets for an aprés-ski drink.
If you have booked a week-long holiday, chalet hosting and catering is included on 5 nights of your stay. The other 2 evenings are staff nights off and catering is not included as standard. If you would like to stay in the comfort of your chalet one night but don't wish to cook; we can organise a delicious 2 course evening menu for you, for one of the staff nights off. We offer our beloved Tartiflette served with a fresh side salad and a delicious 'dessert du jour' for €18.00 per portion. This can be enjoyed in the warmth of your chalet with all your included wine, beer and chalet drinks. The meals will be delivered to your host in the morning and they will talk you through the easy re-heating instructions after breakfast.If you would like us to organise this for you, please just let us know which night you would like the Tartiflette reserved for, we would recommend this for the first night off.

One of the best locations in all of Les Gets. Right in the village centre, just metres from both the Chavannes ski lifts AND the Mont Chery Gondola. It doesn't get any better than this.
At no extra cost to you, we can organise your lift pass, equipment hire, ski lessons, airport transfers and childcare. This free concierge service is part of your holiday package with us.
Ideal for storing your gear or just allowing the kids to let off steam. A large open basement space provides a handy extension to the main chalet-apartment.
Freshen-up your base- and mid-layers during the week. There is a washing machine and a tumble drier both freely available to use.
Large groups can book Negritelles 1 and Negritelles 2 combined to keep the whole party all together in one location. A rare find in this central location!
Negritelles 1 offers boot warmers, because nobody likes cold wet ski boots in the morning. Located at the entrance of the property.
On your arrival day, we will aim to have your chalet ready by 4pm and you should feel welcome to arrive at Negritelles 1 from that time onwards. On your departure day, the check-out time is 10am and the chalet must be vacated by that time. If you arrive in Les Gets before 4pm or wish to leave after 10am, we will be happy to provide space to store baggage however there will be no access to the chalet itself.
Arriving during these times will ensure that your accommodation is ready and waiting for you as soon as you're in resort — especially handy if you have children to look after. While getting into Les Gets in the morning and hitting the slopes straight away sounds great in theory, in practice the logistics can get a bit overwhelming. While we're happy to store your luggage, we can't always offer you a place to get 'ski-ready'. If your flight times are such that you can't avoid an early arrival, dropping your luggage with us and head out to soak up the atmosphere and get a bite to eat would be the more advisable option.
Again, while the thought of getting one last ski session in on your departure day sounds good, it can become a little tricky to pull off. Firstly, if the weather plays up, it will become a challenge to find alternative entertainment — especially with little ones. Secondly, as it's after checkout time, we can't offer anywhere for you to get changed back into your comfy clothes for your flight home.
If you've booked a late flight back, and if the weather isn't nice or you just don't want to ski, we highly recommend spending the day in Geneva. Why not take a stroll along the lakefront, you'll be amazed!

There are some great childcare options in Les Gets, with all ages catered for. Childcare company policies usually dictate that we can not arrange the booking on your behalf but we are always happy to offer information and advice. Let us arrange your ski lessons for you. As part of our concierge service, it won't cost a penny more than if you book direct - the only difference is that we do all the legwork for you. As part of our concierge service, we will be happy to organise your ski hire for you. The cost of ski hire is not included in your holiday package, but hiring your equipment through us won't cost you a penny more than going direct. So put your feet up and let us take care of everything for you.
Because Negritelles 1 is in the village centre, we usually recommend hiring ski equipment from Delavay Sports ski rental shop. They're situated right by the main Chavannes ski lift, near the ski school, so the location is just as good as the gear. Delavay will store your equipment and boots for you each night, meaning you can walk the short distance from Negritelles 1 to the shop and back wearing your comfortable shoes. Great news for the skiers!
All you need to do is let us know what you need. From there, we will take care of everything and make sure that your equipment is ready for you when you arrive in Les Gets. Once you have booked your flights, just let us know the details and we can arrange your airport transfers for you. The cost of the transfers is not included in your holiday package, but we will be very happy to make all the arrangements for you as part of our concierge service. You won't pay a penny more than if you go direct, so leave the legwork to us!
We provide a free concierge service for all of our guests. Let us organise your lift passes, ski hire, ski lessons, airport transfers and childcare. It costs no more than booking direct, only we do all the hard work for you. Here are some of the most popular services which we can help you with. If we make the booking on your behalf, you will pay the same price as if you were to go direct. In the case of childcare, the booking must be made by the parents but we are always happy to help with advice and recommendations.
Your catered holiday package with us includes evening meals on 5 nights of a week-long stay. On the other nights, when our chalet hosts are off, we will be happy to make a table reservation at a local restaurant of your choice. If you're not sure where is best, just let us know what kind of dining experience you most enjoy and we will be happy to recommend somewhere for you.

Booking your chalet holiday with us couldn't be easier. Simply use the booking form through the prices table, or just get in touch. From there, we'll look after everything for you. Here's a breakdown of everything that we can do for you between now and your first morning on the pistes.
Select your dates in the prices table or get in touch to put your dates on hold. We ask you to please read our terms and conditions and look over the catering options before booking.
Confirm your booking with a 25% deposit. Once you get written confirmation from us, you can safely arrange your travel and insurance without risk of your dates being booked by someone else.
The balance of your accommodation is due 60 days before your arrival date. This is also the time to secure your aiport transfers to Les Gets. Arranging your transfers is all part of our concierge service.
Ski and snowboarding lessons are able to be booked anytime from September, we strongly recommend letting us know if this is something you or a member of your group require when booking with us. Our concierge team will be sure to contact you about your options with enough time to secure your space with ESF Ski School.
Three weeks before your arrival to the resort we'll contact you to arrange your ski and snowboard equipment hire for when you are in resort.
10 days before your arrival we'll have a good idea of the snow conditions and therefore this is the best time to organise your lift passes to ensure you make the most of your time in Les Gets and the Portes du Soleil.
The week of your arrival we'll send you the information you'll need to meet your transfer driver, or the chalet address if you've chosen to drive to Les Gets.

These conditions apply to all holidays booked with SARL Montagne & Tradition, trading as "Chalets-LesGets.com" ("we" or "us"), and all people named or booked for by the party leader ("you"). "Our services" are those SARL Montagne & Tradition provide directly, such as food and accommodation. All other services provided by external suppliers, such as, but not limited to, childcare, snowsports instruction and other lessons, equipment hire and lift passes, are not classed as part of "our services". There is a section (section 5) for external suppliers. The rest of these booking terms and conditions apply exclusively to matters of our services only. "The holiday" is our package of food & accommodation only.
The contract is made on the date we issue confirmation of your booking (via email) from which point on you are said to have booked. No contract or obligation exists between us and you before this date. Your booking of a holiday with us confirms you understand and accept all terms and conditions laid down in our "Booking Terms and Conditions". We reserve the right to change our booking terms and conditions without notice. If you have already booked a holiday before any change you have the option to stay with the booking terms and conditions from your booking date. You will be notified in writing (email, fax or letter) of any proposed change and you must accept or refuse this within 28 days. If you make no contact then it is taken as you have accepted the new booking terms and conditions.
This contract does not apply to any services not classed as part of our services, such as, but not limited to, childcare, snowsports instruction and other lessons, equipment hire and lift passes, are not classed as part of "our services". We have no liability or obligation bearing from their providers, and offer no comment on the services they can provide.
After you have booked we will not apply any surcharges to you, even if the value of your home currency falls.
We reserve the right to change our prices either quoted or published at any time without notice. Although we update our website regularly, it will not always be up to the minute. Please contact us for up to date price and availability information.
A party leader making a booking takes responsibility for the whole party, including payment. The below applies to bookings of our services only.
The deposit is of 25% of the full holiday price.
We will issue confirmation of your booking when the full deposit has been received and cleared. Only from the date of this confirmation does any contract or obligation exist between us and you.
The Final Balance is due 60 days before departure. If this is not paid, then the holiday is deemed to have been cancelled and cancellation charges will apply. We reserve the right to re-sell the holiday without notice.
The deposit and final balance are both due on booking.
If you do not make the payments by their due dates or do not arrive in resort or at the airport (as applicable), your holiday will be cancelled without notice and the cancellation charges will apply. In such cases, we would make every effort to contact you and would only cancel without notice if we were unable to contact you.
We may make bookings on your behalf with third parties, for example ski schools, ski hire providers, the lift pass office, childcare providers, restaurants and transfer companies. All third party bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the provider. All contracts made are between you and the third party provider. We do not enter into any contract with third parties, and do not have obligation for any matter arising from a third party provider. We do not offer any comment on the standard of services they may provide. All disputes must be taken up with the provider directly, including requests for refunds, even if we have paid the supplier on your behalf.
If you cancel your holiday at less than 8 days' notice, you may still be liable for any third-party services which you have booked through us, including but not limited to airport transfers and snowsports lessons.
There are no alteration fees.
On a discretionary basis only, and where availability permits, it may be possible for you to change your dates of stay to any other week in the same season, change rooms booked and change names of party members prior to the date of payment of the final balance. If the holiday price goes up because of your requested changes, you will be required to make up the difference in price. If the price goes down because of your requested changes, a refund of the difference remains at our discretion.
You may only alter the names of persons travelling up to 14 days before departure. No monies will be refunded for a person taking the place who would upon normal booking pay less than the original person has paid (e.g. if a child takes the place of a full paying adult there will be no refund).
All other alterations not specifically mentioned above are considered a cancellation of the whole party who will then need to re-book. The charges for cancellation are outlined below.
It is a requirement for all bookings that all guests have holiday insurance which includes cancellation cover. If you cancel your holiday for any reason (including force majeure) a cancellation charge will be due. For further details about force majeure events, please see our terms and conditions The cancellation charge varies depending on the length of notice which is given for the cancellation, as well as which cancellation policy you chose at the time of booking.

You must let us know if you wish to cancel, even in scenarios that might seem obvious (e.g. if all borders are closed). If you do not let us know you wish to cancel then you'll be classed as a "no-show" and the full holiday price forfeited. You must let us know in writing that you wish to cancel, by email is fine.
In the unlikely event we need to make a cancellation for reasons not classed as "force majeure" then we will offer you a full refund of all monies paid. If your holiday is cancelled by us, you will be notified of the cancellation in writing (e.g. via email).
In the case of us making a major alteration to your holiday, you may select either a full refund of all monies paid or the altered holiday offered by us. Change of dates of holiday or removal of exclusive use of the chalet are classed as major alterations. All other alterations, including change of room and change of chalet, are classed as minor alterations and no offer of full refund is applicable. The refund of all monies paid is the full limit of our liability, we accept no liability for any other costs incurred to you, including charges for cancellation of your travel and cancellation of other services for example equipment rental, lessons, lift passes and childcare.
In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your holiday due to force majeure, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the timing of the cancellation and the cancellation policy which you chose at the time of booking. Force majeure is unusual circumstances outside our control including, but not limited to, war, threat of war, terrorist action or threatened terrorist action, riots, industrial action, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, flooding or adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics, closure of ports and airports or similar events. If your holiday is cancelled by us, you will be notified of the cancellation in writing (e.g. via email).
For details of the cancellation charges which would apply in the event of force majeure, please see the cancellation charges information in Paragraph 7 above.
Although we take every precaution to avoid allergens, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces due to the use of shared kitchens. It is crucial that guests notify us of any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking. Failure to provide such notice may result in our inability to cater to these requirements, and any subsequent cancellation will be considered a "Cancellation by You" (see section 7 within these Terms and Conditions), subject to applicable cancellation charges.
Please note we deduct 3% from all refunds, no matter what the reason, to help cover the fees. Banks deduct fees and card charges on each payment made, and this helps cover these costs.
We take responsibility for the actions or omissions of our staff only in the course of their normal work. We take no responsibility for any actions or omissions of staff outside normal working times, including but not limited to voluntary skiing or hiking with guests, childcare and socialising with guests. We are not sport instructors of any kind, qualified child minders or anything other than an accommodation and food provider. All issues of safety are your own responsibility. You must make all decisions as to whether each external situation is suitable for you. We have no liability for any accidents or losses, no matter how they occur externally. We take no responsibility for any persons not employed by SARL Montagne & Tradition, even if they are a third-party supplier connected to us.
Where you do not incur death or personal injury, our liability is limited to the full monies paid to us for our services. No extra costs, for example travel from the UK, are liable to us.
We reserve the right to charge you for any damage to our property and for any unusual cleaning. This must be paid within 24hrs else we reserve the right to terminate this contract and all services we provide to you, including accommodation, food and transfers. Any behaviour deemed by us to be anti-social may result in the immediate termination of this contract and all services we provide to you. Group bookings are classed as one. No further obligation would be due to any member of a party, even if a non-offender, of a terminated contract.
For guests booking our self-catered properties, a bond will also be collected on the day of arrival. This is refundable and will only be used to cover any damage to our property or exceptional cleaning, if necessary. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure provided no damage or extraordinary cleaning is required. Any damages or cleaning charges exceeding the deposit amount will be charged separately and must be settled within 24 hours.
We will endeavour to have your room ready by 4pm on the day of your arrival. Your room must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, regardless of the time of transfer. We will however provide space for the storage of baggage, should you either arrive before 4pm, or wish to leave after 10am .
In the event that you have reason to complain whilst on holiday with us, you should immediately notify your Resort Manager. By raising complaints early, they can often be dealt with quickly so the rest of the holiday can continue to your satisfaction. If you are still unhappy after your initial complaint, please inform us that any actions we have taken have not corrected the problem to your satisfaction. If you remain dissatisfied the party leader must write to us within 28 days of the end of the holiday giving full details of the complaint. For all complaints and claims which do not involve personal injury, illness or death, we cannot accept liability if you fail to notify the complaint or claim entirely in accordance with this clause.
Please note there are many factors outside our control, notably weather driven aspects such as lack of snow or water shortages. Although we have no liability for factors outside our direct control, we will do our best to help.
In a mountain resort it can take longer to rectify any problems that may occur than you might expect in your home country, especially involving trades persons and during the holiday periods. Please bear this in mind when we are dealing with any issues.
We have tried to make all information in our website as accurate as possible. Please note our prices and availability published may be out of date, please call us for an up to date quote. All information regarding 3rd party suppliers has been supplied by them to us, but we make no claims to it being complete or up to date. They may subsequently have altered their information, making the facts we have published inaccurate or incomplete.
All photos we publish are of the resort or chalet in question except where the subject is not the scenery itself, for example photos of a ski instructor or our staff.
Although we will try our best, it can take a large amount of time to rectify any technical problems due to the remoteness of ski resorts from the suppliers. We cannot guarantee our internet access to work. We do not provide any computers.
Chalets are not always built with child safety in mind. Parents must be aware there are greater risks than in a normal home environment, and extra care should be taken at all times.
Furnishing may vary from that shown or described. Rooms may not be lockable.
Hot tubs and saunas can break down and it can take time to get them fixed in a ski resort. As such, we cannot promise that they will be in working order. The hot tub and sauna are available 08:00 to 20:00. However, they may not be available during necessary maintenance (including changing of the water). Children are the responsibility of their parents at all times. No glassware is allowed in or around the hot tubs and saunas. Additional rules for hot tubs and saunas are displayed in situ and should be followed at all times.
You must have adequate liability and cancellation insurance for your holiday. Please provide us with the name of your insurer and a policy number in case of emergencies.
Please note, it is the requirements and standards of the country in which any services which make up your holiday are provided which apply to those services and not those of your home country. As a general rule, these requirements and standards will not be the same as your home country and may sometimes be lower.
The contract between us and you, and any matters arising from it, will be governed under French law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of France.
