Flying into Geneva (1 hour from Les Gets)? As part of your holiday with us we can arrange your airport transfers to and from Geneva Airport. This is part of our free concierge service. We do not add any charges; the price is identical if you book direct or through us. All we need to know is your flight times, flight number and if you'd like any booster or baby seats and we'll take care of the rest.
Due to the decrease in vans running from Geneva, transfer companies are working slightly differently this coming winter. Instead of having one price for the season, their quotes will only be valid for the day of quotation. We expect as the winter season gets closer, the van availability will be less therefore increasing the prices. Please contact us for prices & availability.
For arrival transfers, we do not recommend having different flights under the same arrival transfer booking, due to the possibility of flight delays. As a transfer is booked under one arrival time, if one of the flights is delayed past the point of the time booked, due to the scheduling of the van, the driver will not be able to wait for the delayed person.
Therefore, whoever is delayed will need to arrange another transfer which would incur extra charges. Where if you have 2 separate transfer bookings (one under your flight time, and one under the other flight arrival time, if either flight is delayed transfer companies will arrange the replacement transfer at no additional charge).
For departure transfers, it isn't really a problem as we'll reserve the entire group under the flight leaving earliest.
With a shared transfer, there will be other people in your minibus, and so you may have to wait in the airport while the other guests land and make their way through the arrival hall. Depending on the other flight arrival times, there may be a wait of up to 90 minutes.
With a private transfer, the minibus is just for your group, and your driver will be waiting for you when you come through into arrivals.
For Transfers from locations in Geneva City Centre, the easiest and most economic option is normally to take the train out to the airport (about a 10 minute journey) then get a transfer from there.

Please note shared transfers are only available from Geneva, from any other location it will be a private transfer.

If you would like anything that's unusual, or if you are holidaying during the New Years or Half Term period please contact us as soon as you have booked your holiday. This is because extras such as ski lessons can get booked up quickly during these busy periods (although we can guarantee most extras such as your ski and snowboard hire any time of the season). Arriving during these times will ensure that your accommodation is ready and waiting for you as soon as you're in resort — especially handy if you have children to look after. While getting into Les Gets in the morning and hitting the slopes straight away sounds great in theory, in practice the logistics can get a bit overwhelming. While we're happy to store your luggage, we can't always offer you a place to get 'ski-ready'. If your flight times are such that you can't avoid an early arrival, dropping your luggage with us and head out to soak up the atmosphere and get a bite to eat would be the more advisable option.
Again, while the thought of getting one last ski session in on your departure day sounds good, it can become a little tricky to pull off. Firstly, if the weather plays up, it will become a challenge to find alternative entertainment — especially with little ones. Secondly, as it's after checkout time, we can't offer anywhere for you to get changed back into your comfy clothes for your flight home.
